Tom joins us as having spent the last year as a consultant Deputy Headteacher to a large secondary school in Cardiff, Wales, advising on the development and improvement of pastoral support. Alongside this role, Tom was also Head of The Behavioural, Social and Emotional Development Body for the City Educational Authority. Prior to that, Tom held the role of Assistant Headteacher at Dr Challoner's High School where he was responsible for strategic development planning. Tom qualified as a teacher with a PGCE in Secondary Physical Education from Liverpool John Moores University having completed his Undergraduate degree in Sports Science at Brunel University.
