Welcome to the 2016 Primary FOBISIA Games, hosted by the British International School of Kuala Lumpur

Welcome message from Mrs Brock - Headteacher at BSKL

I would like to extend a warm welcome from the British International School of Kuala Lumpur to Dulwich College Seoul, International School Uplands Penang, St Andres Green Valley, British International School Beijing, British International School Guangzhou and Bangkok Prep School. We are very proud to be hosting the annual Primary FOBISIA Games

During the Games it is important to reflect on the values that we celebrate in sport, whether it is unity, teamwork, hard work, determination or sportsmanship. Each and everyone of you has been chosen to represent your school because you have qualities that embrace these values and you should feel very proud of yourselves.

I look forward to meeting all those who have travelled to the Games and wish everyone the best of luck.

Welcome message from Mr.Harrie Thomson - Director of PE and Sport

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to Kuala Lumpur for the 2016 B2 Primary FOBISIA Games hosted by British International School of Kuala Lumpur. We are aiming to provide everyone with a memorable experience.

We are lucky to have a fantastic group of supportive parents, staff and administrators who have worked tirelessly in an effort to produce a fantastic FOBISIA games. We are fortunate enough to be using some fantastic facilities for our games and have very good officials too, who have experience in events like this previously. There are  lot of staff and students from BSKL who have come forward and wanted to be apart of these games due to their involvement in previous games too.

A lot of work goes into organising and preparing teams for FOBISIA games too, booking flights, photographs, training sessions, kit, the list goes on and on. The teachers and coaches from your respective schools have put in masses amount of time and work to attend these games which is a credit to your schools. Thank you very much for supporting your children to be apart of these games and we hope that you as well as them have a fantastic time spectating and hopefully you get to see some of KL too.
